Rick Nalett and L.A. Productions have won many awards over the years. While with Harvest Productions, he co-wrote many jingles that won Addy Awards. Over the years Ricky Nalett has won several song writing awards. In 2004, Joe Bristol and Rick Nalett won co-writers of the year in New Country category from North America Country Music Associations. L.A. Productions Terms
BOOKING RATESSessions are booked at the rates published by the studio (subject to change) unless other rates have been negotiated. A ONE HOUR session is $50. A session booked for three or more hours is at $40 per hour. Additional time will be charged at regular standard hourly rate.CANCELLATION FEECancellations with less than a FOUR HOUR notice will result in a $50 charge. If L.A. Productions has to cancel with less than a FOUR HOUR notice, a FREE ONE HOUR session will given to the client. START/END AND SESSION TIMESThe session clock begins at the scheduled time that both parties agree upon. If you arrive early and the studio can accommodate an early start, then the session clock will begin at that time. If you are late for any reason, you will be charged from the scheduled session start time, with no exceptions. Please call if you are going to be late! Set up time will be billed at regular studio rates unless other arrangements are agreed to. This includes load-in and instrument setup, microphone placement, level setting, media transfer, etc. In addition, any work done on behalf of the client PRIOR to the start of the session will be billed a regular studio rate.PAYMENTYou are responsible for all monies due to the studio and shall make payment to the studio, in full, with cash, previously approved check, Venmo or Paypal. No media will be turned over to you until full payment is made at the end of that days session.SESSION MEDIASession media will only be released when full payment for the session is received. Once session media has been turned over to the client, L.A. Productions Recording Studio is no longer expected to maintain a backup copy of the session. L.A. Productions makes every attempt to backup up materials of the client and does back up all client materials but it is HIGHLY recommend that the client purchase a flash drive for their own protection of materials.STUDIO RULES• No smoking in studio. Smoking is permitted outside.• It is recommended that only individuals essential to the recording be present during the booked time.I have fully read and agree to all of the above terms.
